Yes, we ship worldwide!
All paid orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-5 full business days starting the next consecutive business day after your order date, unless agreed upon otherwise.
-If an order is placed on a Monday, it will be shipped out no later than the following Monday.
-Orders created on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be considered part of the consecutive Monday's orders, those orders will be sent out no later than the following week's Monday.
A full 5 business days are needed to ship orders. Once the order is packed and ready to ship, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the provided email address.
USPS observed holidays will not be considered business days.
All packages will be shipped with USPS, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Customers always pay shipping in full, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Shipping cost will be determined by weight, size, and destination at check out.

All packages will be sent to the address provided to us at checkout unless we are notified otherwise before the package is shipped.
***Please triple check the provided address! If an incorrect address was provided, please contact us ASAP to correct it!***
If address is incorrect, incomplete, missing an apartment number or returned for any reason due to us receiving the wrong address provided by the buyer, the buyer must send a second shipping payment in order to resend the package. If the buyer does not reply after 1 week of us receiving the package back or refuses to send a correction payment to resend the package, a refund will be sent for the cost of the merchandise, unless agreed upon otherwise.
30 Day Return Policy

Full refunds of the cost of the products can be reimbursed if the buyer sends the items back within 30 days of purchasing.
Used products are not returnable or refundable. For example our Cleansing Products cannot be burned or returned with missing incense sticks or missing dried herbs. Do NOT send us used products.
All Bundles must be returned in full.
If anything is damaged due to shipping, send pictures of the shipping damage before sending us back the package for a refund.
Shipping & Handling fees will not be included in any refund.
The product must be sent back exactly in the condition of how it was received for a full refund.
Buyers must pay for the return shipping, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Refunds will be sent once the product is back in our hands and checked for damage or use.
If products are damaged or clearly used by the buyer, a percent of the refund will be taken out for damaging our product or returning a used item.
We will notify the buyer of the exact amount they will receive from us after it is inspected.
After 30 days we will determine refunds on a case to case basis.
